1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SMVPL 360° HUB, operated by Sri Mookambika Ventures Private Limited ("SMVPL", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your chosen purchase type (General, Walk-in or Golden Membership) determines the pricing shown to you.

3. Products, pricing & availability

Products are organised across three divisions — FAX (Food Around Express), MAX (Masala Around Express) and GAX (Get Anything Express). Each product carries three prices — General, Walk-in and Golden Membership — selected on the Type Selection step before checkout. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change; however, the price confirmed at the time your order is placed is the price you pay for that order.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, due to stock unavailability). Final pricing is verified against live stock and your selected purchase type before payment is confirmed. At checkout you may pay by Online Payment (verified by our team before processing) or Instant Pay (completes immediately).

5. Golden Membership

Golden Membership is available on payment of a one-time membership fee (currently ₹1,999) and issuance of a Membership ID, which you may verify at Type Selection on future orders to unlock Golden pricing. SMVPL reserves the right to determine, modify or withdraw membership eligibility and benefits.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and delivery terms in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, circumvent pricing logic, or submit false information when placing an order or contacting us.

8. Intellectual property

The SMVPL 360° HUB name, logo, and all associated content, design and branding are the property of Sri Mookambika Ventures Private Limited and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

SMVPL will make reasonable efforts to ensure product availability, accurate pricing and timely delivery, but is not liable for delays or unavailability arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
